Rang up on a Friday to order a rear windscreen, said it would be here Monday and ready for installation on Tuesday. Ring up Monday to check whether it has arrived, and he asks what are your details again, the make, model, year and which glass did you need again? Clearly he hasn’t ordered it. I went away on holidays for 2 weeks and came back trying to ring him, texted him, received nothing back. Rang up Roger Locke on Monday, booked in for Wednesday, and it was completed. The guy was very friendly and he fixed my windscreen in a timely and efficient manner despite it being smashed to hell. It was cheaper than i thought too, couldn't be happier to have my car back in one piece.
