Townsville Taxis

Book wheelchair access taxi 1 hour in advance. Called them when they were late to see how much longer they would be to only be told that there were no available wheelchair access taxis. To top it off the lady was very rude with how she spoke to me when I was making a simple enquiry. We had to get to an important dental appointment. Very poor service, do not recommend.

Since 13cabs took over, wait times are averaging one hour (if one is lucky), commonly drivers confirm that they get jobs up to one hour after consumer bookings! Sydney call centre hasn't got a clue about locations in Townsville, the call centre staff are rude and obnoxious and UNAPOLOGETIC when one callls to see what is keeping them. No wonder many customers including NDIS account holders are now going to CHECKERS who also handle NDIS accounts and TSS cards. UBER have stated they have never been busier since 13CABS took the helm. Goodbye Townsville Taxis.

I'd prefer to leave no stars but that's not an option, absolutely appalling service! I rang a taxi for a few patrons at my work and the taxi did not show up until 1.5 hrs later!!! When I called back after half an hour to enquire where taxi was I was hung up on. I than myself 2 nights in a row called a taxi for myself to get home from work first night was 50min wait and tonight Literally as I type this I'm walking home in the middle of the night with no way home. The call centre operates should be ashamed of themselves the way they lie and speak to people is disgusting. Worst taxi company ever

Despite booking in advance, the taxi was a no show. A very unprofessional business.
