Closed for the weekend, with no notice on the Hamilton Island app or weekly activity guide. Even called reception with questions much earlier in the night, no notice then. Took calling from the closed door to find out. Initially the person we spoke to didn’t even know it was shut. Clearly a massive communication failure at the resort. Poor.

1 in one out on a Saturday in May when it's clearly not busy, waste of time, clearly doesn't want the tourist dollar... Celebrating something... don't come to this island

Amazing fun. Great atmosphere with a touch of rap music. Worth spending one night if you feel like dancing.

Very bright inside. Only island staff seem to go here. Disappointing atmosphere

Just went there and security guard stopped us and spoke to us through a straw- filthy. Anyway arrived at 8.54pm for him to say go back down the stairs behind black rope. Nobody there!! You just lost 8 customers and won't be back. Worst security person.
