I got Dylan Lederhose from Springfield Legal Service to do my conveyancing ,multiple mistakes were made, they tried to overcharge me, made a 3K error on settlement figure , they did not even bother to change my address to my new property and sent my rates and water bill to my old property,(no apology ever given), do not use this company for conveyancing unless you want a headache.
