Pizza Hut Redbank Plains

It was our first time there so asked about menus and options. Customer service was good and food was also good. My kids liked it too.

Five stars for tasty and well prepared pizza two times in a row. For pick up order always quick and on time. Need some improvement on delivery orders. Recommend

Ordered 12 vegan wings, only recieved 11. Called up and was told by the manager that two people counted 12, was rude and unprofessional. Said he would give me 4 anyway. Went in and and again said that three people counted 12, accusing me of lying. I asked for 12 to be re-cooked because now everything else was cold (I didnt want the extra wings), I gave back the original wings. He told us to leave his store, so I asked for a refund. Was told no and to get out. Eventually he re-cooked the 12 wings, so I ended up getting what I paid for. But at that point I didnt even want them. The manager was completly unprofessional, I have never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service, denied a refund and accused of stealing food. I do not recommend ordering from here.

Absolutely beautiful pizzas. So fresh with plenty of topping and staff were so friendly.

The lady at the shop was very kind. The pizza met my expectition. Thanks
