Two words simply describe this business, Professional and honest. First time I used the service was a warranty claim on our Ikea oven, Allyrat had this repaired and back in the kitchen in no time and its worked fine ever since. Second time was just last week, again another Ikea product this time the dishwasher. Unfortunately it was out of warranty so i used Allyrat and they fixed it and got in running perfectly. The opening hours are very short during the day so it's difficult if you work on weekdays to get there during these times, apart from that this company has been great to deal with.

The initial consult was good. Still waiting on parts. Told 3 days has been a week.

We had a warranty issue with a faulty stovetop. They were prompt with letting us know when they were coming, fixing the issue and good with keeping us informed along the way. Very professional. Very happy with service.

Always very helpful, quick to action any issues raised and attend a wide area. Very knowledgeable technicians! Will be surprised if your appliance is not fixed in 1 visit, unless they need a part then maybe two but it will be fixed and good as new
