There is so much to say about this family business! Despite being late on a Friday afternoon, you were selfless and generous with you time to help us with our car dilemma. I can't thank you all enough for saving the day and our family holiday in Derby. My feeling is that Justin and the Brooks team would bend over backwards to get things sorted in the same professional manner for any customer. This kind of service and work ethic is rare and I highly recommend your business.
Currently travelling through Tazmania. Needed car servicing and checked over as brakes making a sound. Very pleased with the service I received. Car was serviced and new brake pads fitted. Justyn was very accommodating, provided an excellent service, and most importantly seems like an honest and reliable person. Highly recommend.
