Lovely customer service.. unique clothes and a wide variety of other unique items... maybe a bit over priced but l would probably still purchase it...
I never miss going to this shop everytime i go to Knox Shopping Centre. One of my favourites. Reasonable prices. They’re always on sale. (30-50% off). I love the jewelry, clothes, nice prints of throw rugs and cushions. They’re selling nice pots too which i couldn’t resist. Staff are nice, helpful and friendly.
Really nice stuff, odd and wacky stuff. Probably a bit expensive but it is a shop in Knox so .. yeah.
I ordered some pants 3 months ago l keep ringing store for a call back and no one will call me back to let me know whats happened to my order. Discraceful, poor customer service.
This does not relate to the Knox store in particular as I love shopping there and the girls r lovely but the online service recently received is a appealing. Ordered a product in April and had to chase up due to not receiving my items. They offered a full refund which I am still chasing to this date. While blaming everyone else in the meantime. Its now late August. Almost 6 months what a joke. Great job in losing a loyal and regular customer. Will be warning others
