My partner bought my engagement ring here and I ended up coming back in to purchase all my wedding jewellery as well.nWhen purchasing my jewellery Jo helped me out and she was amazing and very helpful. I ended up purchasing a bracelet as well which had to be altered as it was too long. The additional sections were turned in to 3 x pendants which I gave to my bridesmaids to wear on the day. Without Jo suggesting this I would never have thought to do this myself and it was just so special.nnMy only slightly negative experience in this store was when I took my engagement ring in to be resized. My partner had not been told that there would be a resize fee (which thinking back makes sense although could be worth bundling in to the engagement ring price at purchase if buying as a surprise). However it was just a bit of a shock at the time as it was an additional expense that we incorrectly assumed would be bundled in with the cost of the ring (as is quite common with many jewellers).
I am impressed with your service and sale and I hope to continue with trading with you in the future. The faux-diamonds are impressive which makes it great to wear on a day to day basis as they do look real when compare to a mid range diamond.
Received zero customer service. I walked in, was not acknowledged, I waited around and then a person who walked in after me got served before me! Mind you, i was standing directly opposite the sales person who completely ignored me. Head office was no better when i called them about it. So glad I didn't spend any money here, as they say, you get what you pay for. In this case over priced, non authentic costume jewelry.
The most warm and welcoming staff you can ask for! Loving how classy the range is at Secrets, and at a price i can actually afford! Will be coming back, ladies!
