Bought plenty of Birthday Presents from the ladies at Prouds Knox over the years. Katherine, Lee and Renae always help me find the right gift and make the experience fun! Great prices too :)
Went there twice in the last two days and first time in the morning didn’t get served even waited for 20 minutes. Second time the lady was rude and asked me to go outside to show what I wanted in the window except made me wait outside while my sister and her partner watched her do nothing. My sister even said I think she’s waiting out side & the lady reaponded ‘I know’ with a smile. I understand Christmas can be a busy time of year but that made my happy shopping experience horrible. I did nothing to deserve the rudeness, I even smiled as I purchased my product trying to be polite. Sales person served me around lunch on 20/12/18.
