Working with this company was like pulling teeth.nAt first they were great, I got pretty fast response times and could post my watch to them.nThen it took them 6 days just to get back to me with a quote, a quote that came up double the watches worth (quote was over $500). I understand quality costs money, but it was too much for me so after more back and forth, I asked them to send it back.nLater that day I got a call from Fiona, and she was quite nice, offering a cheaper fix to my watch by just replacing multiple parts and not including the service (service was over half the cost of the quote). Excellent I said, go head.nThen it took two and a half weeks to receive an invoice that didn't even include the things we discussed! Only one thing she mentioned got done, nothing else was done, and no explanation as to why.nAfter nearly a month of stuffing around I'd had enough, just paid the invoice so I could get my watch back. Fiona and Kevin clearly don't communicate very well between themselves, because what I discussed with Fiona and what I discussed with Kevin was like talking to two different companies.nI'm sure they'd be great fixing antique clocks that have a big value and require special care, but for a simple watch repair, not worth the bother!

Kevin had previously repaired a 1927 Rolex so repairing a 2015 Longines with him was obvious. He and staff are professional and friendly. Quick turnaround was great. What impressed us was his love of his work, the small museum and his genuine interest in the ”story” of the Rolex in our family history. Highly recommended.

It took a while, but it was worth the wait. My 1899 watch is now functioning perfectly, and after at least seventy years without service or repair.
