Was waiting in store for a while, nobody approached me… not impressed. Went to another place!
My experience with this store was 1st class for customer service! I had an issue with a chain and Kate the manager, Carmel and Linda were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, and dealt with my issue with a very favorable outcome. I believe these ladies went over and above to ensure I was a happy customer. Highly Recommend Prouds Forest Hill!
