Bought a solitaire diamond ring here and needed it to be resized. When we went to pick up the resized ring, there was a huge inclusion in the diamond that was not there when I selected the ring. They might have swapped my ring and the diamond. I was too timid to make a scene. But I was really disappointed. Every time I wear that ring it reminds me of this horrible experience. And of course they won’t refund us cause they said there’s no exchange or refund for rings that have been resized.
Sales staff are inappropriate, swore during transaction and were downright racist.nTake your business elsewhere.
Very bad experience.no body attended me even after attending another customers they were free, no body even ask me if I need a help. I was a genuine customer and wanted to buy something but when I realised there is no customer service I left the store without any intimation.i feel sad internally
