My daughter went into this store on her own asking about a piercing that had been done wrong (it was growing out of her ear because it was too low!), and was told by two teenage girls that there was “nothing” they could do. I went into the store shortly afterwards and after escalating to a regional manager the matter was resolved with a refund. Both girls working had no customer service skills, and seemed almost bored to be in store. Shockingly bad service, and disappointing that they can’t treats their target market with respect and kindness. Such a different experience to chirnside park who have always been kind and Courteous.
