Visited this store of the weekend, looking for a special gift. Was welcomed with a bignsmile and had a very different experience then normal. Had to wait a long time to get in due to the restrictions, but it was well and truly worth the wait. I was served by Katie who made the whole experience absolutely delightful she was so pleasant and helpful. I've been wanting a pandora for a long time as I love how special they are, and she added to that a special experience in purchasing my first one, Katie was so attentive when helping me find the perfect gift for my neices 1st birthday too.
