After my horrible experience at this Doncaster store, terrible customer service unfriendly very cold. ud83eudd76ud83eudd76nThe asian lady (so called manager) very rude, I couldn't explain my situation over the phone, she didn't want to listen to me instead she hung up the phone on me x 3 times. I was in complete horror ud83dude31ud83dude31ud83dude31 Customers have the right to speak. This shop is not highly recommended.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

I went in an attempt to exchange a gift at the store. At 1st store manager (Tashya) explained terms which is fine. Then suddenly she reminding me that there is a store capacity limit and that her patience is running thin etc. And changed her demeanour to become very condescending and rude! I had to ask her what suddenly the problem is because I was confused with her sudden change of mood and trying to convince me to keep the product and that realistically now I dont have a right to exchange?! I will be reporting her to centre management

MANAGER IS A RUDE FERAL PERSON WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR MANNERS AT ALL AND STARTS SCREAMING AT ME SO I WALKED OUT AND SHE LOST A SALE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE EVER! I have always recieved great service with Angus & Coote, but tonight was some of the best customer service I have ever received from any business. There had been a misunderstanding on my behalf of the process for a repair quote and they re-explained everything so politely. I had made mention that I wasn't able to make it during standard business hours, due to my location and work. The store manager( I should have gotten her name) then surprised me by making a call to the jeweller on the off chance he was still available last minute on a Friday night. My gold chain was fixed onsite, as I waited and I was so moved by this level of service. It made me feel really valued as a customer. Could not recommended this store highly enough!
