I came in to buy a Mother’s Day gift and this wonderful blonde lady, Naz came and served me, she was very friendly, helpful and very patient with me. Unfortunately, this other grumpy lady came in with a frown on her face and told Naz to go in a very rude manner, she was highly unprofessional, and ask to serve me instead, I felt awkward and I left the store without getting the gift I wanted, because I didn’t want to deal with the grumpy lady because she looked very scary, and she had a very bad vibe.

Can’t thank Jamie enough for being so appealing to me. After finishing at 9pm the gem still managed to drive my ring to the re-sizer that night. Such a great team. Highly recommended this store

After some initial struggles to get proper service due to lacking IT systems, they have been very accommodating to fulfill my needs and wishes (returns and adjustments), even though I had already bought the jewelry online. Especially Jorge went out of his way to provide first class service, even though there wasn't any profit to gain as the purchase was already done online. That is true customer service that can be hard to find nowadays.

Such a slow customer service person, left the store frustrated, just train your staff better.nOtherwise the experience was ok
