First time ever going into this jewellers and I asked a simple question and I was met with such hostility by the female staff member that will never go into this store again or get my jewellery created by them. I could not believe how rude they were towards me.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Georgia getting an engagement ring made. Her responsiveness and attention to detail was amazing. Even when things didn't go to plan (due to external factors) Georgia was incredibly attentive and delivered as promised. Thanks for a great experience and a beautiful ring!
I live interstate so enquired online about several pieces. Georgia got back to me quickly and was very helpful and went beyond and took photos for me as well.
