The young lady who helped me was absolutely lovely. She made sure I found the best fit for a ring I wanted. The ring itself is beautiful and elegant.

My husband bought me few pieces of jewellery for our 15 year wedding anniversary. He was told that we can bring the ring back if it doesn't fit as I have very tiny fingers. When I took it back after couple of days I was offered a different design of ring and was told that they don't resize. The staff were not helpful at all. I ended up getting the ring resized by a different jeweller. I enquired the matter with the store manager and was told that it was a miscommunication and that there's nothing they can do. I wouldn't go back to them.
