We really have not felt as comfortable sending our children to Young High School due to the front office staff usually having a chastising attitude who talk to the parents like they are students, not adults. We have always had lovely, patient front office staff from other schools so it's disappointing this area lets down the reputation of what could be a wonderful school.
Besides this, there are some very caring teachers and the merit system is encouraging for students.
I hope this review is taken as encouragement to improve the interactions between front office and parents like it is intended and not an insult.
