I have had such a great experience with the sales team. Unfortunately I didn't receive my payout and I was unable to purchase my car. Received my deposit back promptly with great support.

I really hate leaving a negative review, especially as I thought I had a relatively positive experience at the time I sold them my car, but because they did not properly complete the transfer paperwork I am currently being hounded to pay a huge fine!!!nnSpecifically, I sold them my car in Jan 2020, the day before I moved permanently overseas. We did the paperwork, and the sales person I was dealing with said they would take care of everything else and I was all done with it (and for the record, I really liked him and we parted on a positive note). I just happened to pay to forward my mail from my former Aussie address to my new country, and 2 months later I received a fine notification from SAPOL for my car being driven unregistered!nnInitially the sales person I dealt with was helpful and provided me the info to give to SAPOL to get the fine re-issued to Cash Car Monster, but due to issues with everything being affected by covid-19 and trying to fix this from a foreign country I ran into major problems and couldn't get it sorted. I repeatedly asked the sales person to contact the proper SAPOL branch to sort this problem out since I was having no luck, but nothing came of that and currently I'm no longer even getting a response from him.nnSo unfortunately beyond the many, many, many hours I've put into trying to fix their mistake from abroad I'm now at the point where I have just had to pay to have the fine reviewed so that I can get it re-issued. I have a ton of evidence to show I was not in possession of the car and didn't even live in the country at the time of the offence, so having to pay to sort this is incredibly frustrating given I wasn't the one who made the mistake, and I just wish they would have stepped up and taken care of this problem.

The guys are friendly, welcoming and down to earth. A small team, no bs, just honest answers to all my questions and dedicated time to make sure I thoroughly tested the car I bought. And I am in love with my red Mazda. So much positive feedback from family and friends on my great deal. Very, very Happy. Thanks especially to Leith, but the whole team went over and above in giving genuine and caring service.
