Amazing service from all the team at Eblen Subaru. I am a returning customer as I previously purchased a car from them 3 years ago. I was again, impressed the second time around with the level of professionalism and true sincerity of their service. Steven was our sales person and he was extremely helpful and kept us informed and in the loop whilst waiting for our car to be delivered to us.nI would recommend anyone who is looking for a quality car to buy from Eblen. I needed a new car due to a change in family circumstances. I knew I wanted a Subaru but was unsure which model would suit best. Taylor provided excellent, practical, honest advice about the pros and cons of each model and was happy to invest the time and effort necessary to make sure I made a fully informed decision that I was comfortable with. Everyone who assisted throughout the sales experience was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and supportive without being pushy. Taylor was respectful of the limited time I had, ensuring that all the processes were done as efficiently as possible, without cutting any corners. consequently, I am extremely happy with my new car - it is exactly what I wanted and needed. Three weeks ago we picked up our new Subaru Forester and we love it. We looked at a few other makes of vehicle before going to Eblens Subaru in Glenelg South Australia. We were very lucky to be met by Taylor who was fabulous to deal with. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time pointing out the features of the different Subaru models and no question we asked was too trivial for him to answer. During our test drive, Taylor was happy to show us all the things the Forester could do and the many safety features in this vehicle. Taylor’s professional service and friendly attitude was much appreciated and we were very happy to confidently order a new Forester. While we were waiting for our car to arrive, Taylor kept in touch constantly advising us how the build of the car was progressing and when it would be shipped. On the day of handover, Taylor seemed as excited as we were. He was happy to take photos and answer any further questions we had before we finally got to take our new car home! I recently bought a new Subaru Impreza from the team at Eblen and could not be happier. As it was my first New Car purchase I wasn't sure what to expect but Georgia was so friendly and accommodating, helping me every step of the way. As it has been a few months since my purchase Georgia has been checking in regularly to see how myself and the car are doing which I really appreciate. Michael was also super helpful when it came to the financials and did an amazing job giving me as many options as possible and helping me through that.
