We were looking for a car and one big difference that this branch has is a good staff. Especially Charmaine made the whole process very pleasant and showed us that she cares her customers professionally. Also Ashlee and Jessica picked up our case while Charmaine was on leave and it was seamless.

I just bought a secondhand car in immaculate condition at a very reasonable price. I have had bad experiences with car salesmen in the past but Harry did not put any pressure on me or use hardsell techniques at all. He was friendly, courteous and let me examine and think about the car on my own while being available for my questions which I appreciated. Once I decided to buy it, Harry produced the various paperwork quickly and efficiently. He had the car prepared as a matter of priority so I could pick it up on the same day. It is very obvious that Harry likes his work and genuinely cares that his clients are happy with their purchase. The paperwork was completed with Jess, the Customer Relations Manager, who at my request, arranged for tinting to be done. She too was very friendly, charming, polite and finished the whole process as a seamless happy experience for me. Importantly, Dave Potter Honda exudes a sense of trust which is why my family and I will definitely look to buying further cars here in the future.
