Cosy little airport for heli-refueling stop onwards to the offshore platform. Beautiful local community with nice flora and fauna.nnWhen you're leaving the chopper for heli-fueling , you will be ushered to a standby area to take a rest . There are beverages and water . Toilets are available . Once the chopper is re-fueled , you will be ushered back to the chopper to continue your journey back to offshore .nnThis is an area where it is rare for outsider , tourist or foreigners to visit and see , unless your chopper is stopping by for refuel and you get a few minutes . Would love to show the world the beautiful photos of this lovely community .
This is truly a one of a kind airport in Australia – not only is it fully staffed and managed by local Aboriginal workers – but it is also one of only a handful of civilian airports in the country with a world class hot refueling service for helicopters.nnThe airport lounge is a bit basic though
