I initially called Grant for a quote on his services. He ended up giving me some honest advice on what my carpet required in order for it to be cleaned. Unfortunately he was not the perfect candidate for the role. However, on his own accord he provided me phone numbers that I would need to assist me in finding the correct services for my particular rug. While I could not use Grant this time around, his service was extremely professional, his honesty was refreshing and I will be recommending him to anyone that requires their carpet cleaned.
