The only positive feedback I can give was in relation to the response I got after I made several complaints. Very poor communication and customer service during the purchase of my car. Extremely disappointing experience and will never buy from again.

Very happy with their outstanding customer service and quick repair times. I've taken a couple cars there recently and been super pleased with the work been done. Its also great to see they've taken on a very enthusiastic young woman as an apprentice mechanic. Girl power!

Lovely to walk into a car sales business and get greeted by a bubbly young saleswoman, Jaz. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in buying my new car. Only 3 weeks after first looking I'm driving my new Hyundai Kona Elite. Merryn did the finance for me and she was very professional in getting together the documentation. Marie got all the protective tinting, leather and Jaz put the sheepskin seat covers on for me. What a fabulous team. Go girls. Very impressed by the quality of customer service without the big sell.

Wanted to buy a ute. Sent email, tried phone call to regular number and directly to salespersons mobile, then followed up with an SMS.nA week later and nobody has bothered to phone me back. I can see online that the car I was interested in is still for sale, but I've now bought a car elsewhere instead.nMost of the time you can't get carsales people to leave you alone. At Northpoint Fleurieu they don't bother calling you. Very odd.

VERY POOR SAFETY PROCEDURES AND LACK OF CARE FOR CUSTOMERnExtremely disappointed with service of my ix35 Hyundai.nHad advised a major issue with back tyres. One had rubbed out completely on the inside and blown out while driving a couple of days before.nI received no phone call to authorise further work. On collecting my car I had to ask re the issue After speaking with 3 of the employees tney advised me to get 2 new tyres and wheel alignment from whatever tyre place I chose to use. This was 4.30pm on a Friday.nNorthpoint Fleurieu were happy for me, a widowed 74 year old with a young granddaughter, to leave their workshop with only 4 tyres, no spare, and one of them with only 1 mm tread on the inside.
