Thanks to the team at Victor Harbor Subaru for their efforts in helping us with our purchase of a new Subaru Outback. Working in the trade myself, I know how some dealers can treat people just as numbers. These guys are genuine, polite and respectful people, far from the cowboys of some (most) city dealers. They have the customer experience Front and centre. It is good to see that good old fashion Country service is still about! Was very happy with the sale process and negotiation and new car. But, there were a few hiccups on the actual delivery day date. Was a bit disappointed to get a phone call a couple of hours before I was meant to pick up the new car to be advised they weren’t able to register the new car as the person who did car registrations was away sick and no one else could really do the registration. Not really what the customer wanted to hear after you’d sent through full payment for the car 1-2 days prior to the agreed delivery date and made arrangements to have the insurance on the trade in vehicle finish on the agreed delivery date. Then on the day that I finally did pick up the car was advised they’d forgotten to do the front window tint so I will need to bring the car in again later on to get that done. Appreciate the efforts of Michael the salesman who tried to soften the experience of the hiccups.

My son bought this wrx subaru from VH Subaru.. No hard sales pitch...genuine people and a fair price. It all happened reasonably quickly. Handover was seamless. My son has had it for two weeks now and loves his car so much.
