Best coffee in the area by a mile. Had been looking so hard to find a decent brewer. These guys blew me away and I am picky! They roast their own beans. The beans were bold, strong and delicious with that roasted flavour you hope for. They also have a smooth option. Absolutely awesome place go here!!!
Fantastic coffee! Came by every day while visiting the area. And got some beans for take away when we left. Highly recommend.
Quality coffee!
Found this place by searching on Bean Hunter and was actually impressed with the coffee. It had a smooth finish, rich froth and needed little to no sweetening for my taste. The quality was just as consistent when a different barista made a cup the next day also.nThe converted warehouse / shed is a little rustic and one could argue, is unfinished. There's potentially a large space inside the tin walls but they've chosen to limit it to only 4 tables. The lack of wall decorations fails to create atmosphere and with various artists in adjoining warehouses, there's really no excuse.nAs with other reviews, the lack of cake / nibble options again really fails to cater for the needs of potential patrons.nI commented to a staff member that there's no sign at the entrance to assist in first time visitors successfully navigating to this business. I was told that the owner likes to keep it a 'bit of a secret'. This seems counter-intuitive to a successful business model.nBasically, this model has potential with a more entrepreneurial influence.
Amazing coffee! This is a truly unique coffee roastery and cafe supported by a very friendly and welcoming team. A great place to visit and stock up on beans for home and work. Thank you DeGroot Coffee Co!
