Wilson Parking - Sultram Place

Car park is a bit sketchy after 6pm, feels very dingy and unattended. Often after 6pm you will also find some people hanging around the car park who are squatting there. Other issues with this car park would be the lack of maintenance, rubbish is laying around often and some of the parking spaces are not marked well. I have overlooked most of these negatives usually based on the originally reasonable all day early bird parking price of $9, however as this has been increased (within 3 months) to $12, there are many more comparable car parking spaces available on Halifax Street that are more secure for similar prices.
