The staff at Jarvis Subaru have been fantastic. Very helpful, supportive & friendly in the process of getting our new Outback 3.6. Did everything they could to enable us to pick it up last thing New Year’s Eve.

Love the team at Jarvis Subaru took great care of my car and always make me feel like a valued customer when walking through the door. The shuttle bus into the city is a great and convenient service. Cars running great, I love my Subaru!

Danae and the team at the service department were fantastic! They listed every thing I requested to be done on my car, identified faults and parts they could replace for me as preventative maintenance, and provided a video as evidence too. They were kind, courteous, quick and even washed and vacuumed my car too. A+ for their work and customer service. I would definitely come back again when I need to book in my next service.

The overall purchase experience of our new 2021 Outback was great. The team were friendly and talked through all the options and the process. Just a small amount more of communication between purchase and delivery, and it would have been outstanding. Thanks Jarvis, love the car.

Initial salesman (since left) was OK, but replacement was very efficient and professional. The manager also was very understanding of our long wait for the vehicle coming in from O/S due to COVID-19 and could not have been more helpful.nHandover was painless but very thorough.nA good experience and the Forester is a lovely vehicle to drive.
