Saudade is the place to go for pastel de nata (Portugese tarts). The perfectly scorched Portuguese tarts are filled with a smooth, rich custard and encased with crisp layers of golden puff pastry. All baked on site and are undoubtedly the best in Adelaide. Go on, you know you want it....
Oh my god! No saudade (melancholia) here... just three bites to each tart... and one tart is never enough!
Best tarts ever... Kinda addictive too! Unless you're stocking up for a tart frenzy - go with the coffee / tart deal - it's great value. And get the cinnamon dusted on top too (thank me later).
These Portuguese custard tarts are so insanely good. I think better than any I had in Portugal!!!
