Found my new favourite bean. Will be going back again
Wow, what a delicious iced latte! This is nowhere near where I live but I think I will go out of my way for this coffee!
Great variety of coffee beans to choose from. They can grind the beans for you at no extra cost. The store also has different types of tea and coffee contraptions. I like that you can reuse their coffee bags if you often get coffee beans from them.
My new favorite place to buy coffee beans. Great selection available, very helpful staff too. Reusable packaging also available, which really helps with waste reduction. Thoroughly enjoying the latest batch of beans in my daily cold brew!
I’ve been going to the Unley store awhile now mainly for pods, and now ground coffee. I’ve unfortunately had terrible interactions on several occasions with the manager of the Unley store. She is pretty unhelpful and seemingly disinterested in customer service or satisfaction. This seems to be pretty standard across her interactions with other friends also, who have since taken their business elsewhere. A reply to an email I sent to the founder of this chain revealed my expectations of a smile, and a useable grind of coffee were probably far too high, and nothing to do with their customer service or work. Interesting Business model in these difficult times. Best take your business elsewhere to the many friendly and helpful boutique coffee roasters we are blessed to have locally, if u like good service (or need advice) and a drinkable product.
