I cannot believe the level of service I received at this Toyota. They handled delays from our fleet provider, turned a shipping driver around in Adelaide to meet my timelines, and had my vehicle ready at 5pm the day I had to start my return to Victoria. I've never felt so inspired to buy the lads a slab. Well done!

The filters got changed and now my air con ain't working.nI believe maybe you should look into the mechanics and see if their fit for work due to the extent of alchole they consume on a daily basis.

Was really inpressed about their Response thru emails about appt times,confirmations,phone call to say when car was finished. Not too pleased about the the service tho,what could've been replaced they didnt ask about,e.g Bushes in suspensions being worn out,don't think they even checked brake pads,or took the the tires off to look,but still had to pay $500+.they sent a message afterwards to ask if we were satisfied...What's the use of even answering?Expected more from a company/dealership that has 5 locations.
