Port Lincoln Caravan Centre

Pulled in early in the morning as our jocky wheel broke. The guys here replaced it straight away. Great and friendly service and fair price.

We have visited the lovely town of Port Lincoln twice and unfortunately on both occasions we had caravan problems. This seems to be the only caravan service in the area. After our first experience with them we were very reluctant to use them again. On the first occasion the mechanic decided to replace our break away system without consulting us. Secondly installed it incorrectly and caused our brakes to lock up completely as soon as we applied the brakes. We left a heap of rubber on the road at Penong! We had to get an auto electrician to fix this. On the second occasion we had lost a wheel on the van 22ks before town and had to be towed in. I contacted them to see if they could do the repair and the mechanic started telling me that I would need the hub replaced! This was not correct. Luckily the tow guy knew of an engineering company that could replace the studs. This was done with minimal fuss and obviously we didn’t need a new hub!

Didnt have glue to shift magnet on doorwhen they replaced it to line up with magnet holder on outside on body work of my van so they moved magnet holder on body up couple inchs thus leaving 3 big holes in body and just put plugs in to fill hole.leaving me having to go to fiberglass shop for repairing it and then go to decal shop to replace decals also lock not working unable to lock van thus having to go to locksmith on mortlock terrace who found not lock barrel but mechanism in door somewhere suggested is at fault when i retutned to camp area found fixed it myself and notified cil of what happened
