Sadly this place is more concerned about money than a persons mental health. After having my dad bleed to death in front of me and asking to reschedule a appointment due to illness i was still charged $100. Attempted to call multiple times but only reached message bank. A customer is also charged close to $150 out of pocket already ontop of the mental health plan rebate.nnThe Phycologist i spoke to twice was very professional but unfortunately the business is more focused on making money than assistance.nnVery disappointed and at a time i was really looking for help. I will be telling my GP and others to avoid this facility.
