Great service, with knowledgeable service techs at reception. I love the video I was sent of the mechanics servicing my vehicle. All up a very satisfactory experience.

Worst customer service - stay awaynnScheduled an appointment with Chris who sent me his personal details to confirm the appointment... When I arrived it appeared the appointment wasn't on a personal customer service level... another salesman tried to assist me... Chris was too busy to come out and say hello... on a few occasions the salesman even tried to get him out to get a word...nnTrade-in - Their own online valuation tool is a waste of time...I punched in exactly the same specific details online...yet received the appraisal at nearly half of their online value... clearly misleading leaving a bitter taste for Mitsubishi...nnEven though Chris was kept informed the whole time, salesman told me he's too busy making phone calls...lack of basic customer service... Definitely wouldn't recommend this place... Massive disappointment...

Dropped my car off for a 12 month service. Refused to honour the fixed price they had already agreed to. Tried to sting me an extra $180. I walked. Zero stars.

I purchased a Subaru from Australian Motors in February. The salesman I dealt with was Casey Thomas. From my first phone call to Casey he was friendly, knowledgeable and really went out of his way to work with me and secure the sale. Casey collected me from the airport as I flew in from interstate, arranged a great test drive and was great to negotiate with - a real credit to Australian Motors. Even after the sale, Casey worked hard to keep me a satisfied customer when there was a tiny niggle with the car, assuring me it would be paid for and sorted - which it was, easy, no fuss and on time. Can't recommend him highly enough. Five stars
