I have never ordered flowers online. Ordered flowers for next day delivery. This was one of the worst experience online shopping. Ordered the flowers then was told by a friend the office they were delivering the flowers to was closed that day. Rang to cancel and they said ring back in a few hours they were having technical difficulties. So I tried the live chat same response. Phoned again same response. Tried live chat they said send email. Sent email. Got email said they would respond in 24 hours. That wouldn't work as I needed to cancel order as delivery was under 24 hours. Rang again, had to leave message and they would call back. Did that a few times. Never got a call back. Did live chat again, I think 4 times. Finally got a response, we have not had any technical difficulties, I am not authorised to do anything else. Each time on live chat I was given a different reason or excuse. Because I did not cancel the order within the hour of placing the order I would get a $25 charge for cancelling. Or redeliver at another date or to a different address. Also I was charged for deliver which I thought was free. So beware, order has to be cancelled after one hour of order or 36 hours before deliver, if you can get through to someone. 7 hours later the choice was pay the $25 cancel fee, change address or change date. Recipient was going away and the moment was lost of getting a big bunch of roses sent to the workplace. So decided to get the flowers delivered to her house. If you call to place an order they will pick up quickly 24/7. If you place an order and want to change anything good luck. Worse customer experience. Did I call within the 1 hour I don't know if I did but it was not long after, still the customer help was terrible.

I think Bloomex are Australia's best value for money flower delivery service. I've been using them for years and won't go through anyone else when I order my flowers. Have great sales & discounts on all the time! I love the Friday Only Roses Special, my favourite! Give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

Cannot be happier with the service from Bloomex. Very user friendly making the surprise of flowers for those special occasions or for letting someone know you are thinking of them so much easier. Definitely my go to when I need flowers delivered in a hurry. A+ for selection and value for money.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had! I paid for a flower delivery for my partner’s final day at work. The morning of the planned delivery I got an email saying that the company couldn’t deliver. I was reasonable about this as I understand mistakes happen and I therefore did not pursue a refund and instead arranged for the delivery to be made a month later on my partner’s birthday. In my order I specified that delivery had to occur before 4pm as her workplace closes at 4:30 and I wanted to be sure they would get there in time. I clarified by virtual chat and was reassured two days prior that everything would go ahead as planned. It did not. Not a single stem was delivered and my partner did not get her birthday present! Bloomex says the courier was late and the office was already closed when they arrived. I simply got an email saying sorry we were too late to deliver but we’ll try again for a third date!!! No thanks. I want my money back but Bloomex are now refusing to issue a full refund stating that because they tried to deliver the item (even though they acknowledge they were far too late) they will retain the delivery fee from what I paid them and refund only a percentage. In this time of heightened financial stress, this company has taken my money for a delivery they failed to make TWICE and has given me absolutely nothing in return!!! And now they are refusing a refund because they paid for a delivery two hours too late?! I am furious. I will be taking this further.

After being messed around by another floral company I tried Bloomex in a rush the day before my grandmothers birthday. And what a relief when the most beautiful bunch of flowers arrived on time. Thanks so much great service and beautiful quality. Happy customer and happy grandma!
