Mt Claremont settlements completed my property settlement in January. I was extremelynimpressed with how easy they were to deal with. Paperwork and forms are not my strong point, but they provided clear and easy steps for the documentation to be completed for the settlement and mortgage discharge processes. The documentation portal to communicate and upload documents was great, much better than mailing or sending emails back and forward and easy to view everything in one place. They also represented my interests firmly with other parties on the structural property report and condition report. Mt Claremont Settlements are so experienced and professional. Over the years they have helped me with a few settlements. Recently, they managed two for me - one sale and one purchase. Despite lots of obstacles being put in their way by forces beyond their control, they ensured that both settlements went through as planned.
