The service at this place was awesome with only 2 staff on duty with one disappearing for like 10 minutes a time leaving the other to suffer. The girl that helped us was so friendly and it made up for the long wait and the heavy hand on the chocolate in the hot and cold which made it undrinkable. The owners must really pull their finger and give more support to staff. The churros were beautiful though and I really felt for the girls who could not cope although there were only 9 people and we waited for our order for around 15 minutes....

Yes this place is awesome.....especially on a cold winters night.good prices and the welcome feeling that you get when you walk inside...thanks guys.

This used to be my favourite place. Trying to find healthier options but still enjoy a white chocolate and milk chocolate hot chocolate when I do pass through. The girls remember my order and are always nice and friendly. Sometimes it's overly busy so wait times can be long.

WOW, what wonderful customer service. An obvious aim to please ethic translated as 5 out of 5 stars for me. This is my new fav coffee stop due to the deliciously happy, relaxed vibe and the Comfortable well laid out seating. Always so welcoming, nothing is ever a problem. Food and drinks arrive in no time at all with staff being super sensitive about any waiting time. I hear them letting customers know if there is any hint of wait time if busy however I have NEVER had a long wait. Obvious the staff here are a step above the rest. Gorgeous whimsical styling which is so pleasing to the eye. So enjoy bringing my friends to this sweet treat heaven.
