The Vault Restaurant

Had dinner here with friends and unfortunately can’t recommend it. The best thing of the night was the young service staff. Attentive, polite and very pleasant to be served by. The ambiance was lovely and so there it ends. The food was not so pleasant. All four mains were served lukewarm to cold. The prawns and white fish on the seafood platter were very over cooked. The prawns soft and very close to mushy, the white fish so dry and chewy. The scallops were well cooked as was the calamari. The chips were cold. The pizza was lukewarm and arrived after the other meals. Dessert was average, 2 things ordered were unavailable. All in all 4 poor, not so delicious meals. Well done to the lovely young service though .

First time here for lunch today and was really impressed! The staff were excellent, the food was delicious and the servings are enormous. The venue atmosphere was great, will definitely be back, highly recommend this place.

I had my 50th Birthday upstairs at The Vault, it was the perfect venue.nThe staff were so helpful.nI was allowed to come in earlier to decorate and plan the seating configuration. I was wanting a particular champagne for the evening so they were happy to get it in for me ,the food was plentiful .nMany of my guests hadn't been upstairs and loved the venue as well.nThank you for making my night the way I wanted it to be -nDancing, Laughing and Champagne FlowingnMerinda

Just love the food and t he family feel. Great service, go the seafood platter.
