Only leaving 1 because i cant leave 0... Didnt give me a full price of the work... Didnt tell me it would be over $100 to have 2 chains fixed... Even after talking to the manager... Still didnt give a price... Only told it would be a little bit extra...
Walked in wanting to buy a silver chain for me and my partners aniversary and was appalled by the customer service here. There were three members in store who served a middle aged lady before me and then continued to have a chat amungst themselves while I waited to be served for 20 minutes. I ended up walking out having not been served as I felt as though I wasnt respected as a customer to be served due to my age. Will not be returning again.
Went in here. Yes it was on closing time but lady was a bit rude and i felt she just wanted us to leave. Didnt really want to help us. Sad really cause i always buy from here. Wont now but. But on saying that the girl that tried to help me last week was amazing

Have called this store 11 times in 1 day and still no answer. So i called in and they just informed me their phone is not working and hasnt been all week. Absolutely disgusting that the company have let it go so long.
