Staff don't listen when you make an order. Mistaking a jam and cream sponge for a child's 6th birthday and end up with a tiramisu with happy 60th birthday written on top. After correction, scraped off the 60th and wrote 06th. The writing was Scrappy and not well presentable. I had to buy another cake to make sure a heap of children weren't being fed a coffee cake at a party.nnWouldn't recommend
