Domino's Pizza Waterford West QLD

I bought three pizzas from the store 2 spicy peppy paneer and 1 Indi chicken tikka regular, advertised prize in store is $12.05 for extra large and $8.75 for large respectively. I supposed to pay $32.85 but they charged me $50.00. when i asked the staff i was referred to the shift manager, he came and said its not our mistake its Dominos mistake for not sending the new price menu. And he was treating me very badly in front of other customers. They don't even want to explain me why there are extra charges .nAlso, threatening me on covid safety when i asked for my money.nnStaff serving me not wearing mask, and said he get tested for COVID every time he enter the Store, so none of his staff required to wear mask.nnI feel like my money is robbed from me, while our birthday celebration was ruined by ordering Pizza from this Dominos.nnvery frustrating

Don't bother yourself by ordering onlinenBecause this happen 4 time now with me on this store that the order was not ready on timenStaff trying to cover by offering free garlic breadnMy suggestion is that customers are not after free food , all they want is good customer service

Not a bad pizza place they seem to be one of the better domino's around

BasicallynnThey are definitely the best of the dominos chain, I've had pizzas from many different dominos and the guys from the waterford store are great,they put a decent amount of toppings and they are really great at accommodating for changes etc...

Just received my delivery of 2 x Traditional Pizzas, Garlic bread and drinks The service was quick. The food was fresh and hot with lots of toppings.nKeep up the good work
