The team at Pool Robotics know their stuff. I would definitely recommend their service. I've had my aging robot in a couple of times now and they have been able to diagnose the problem on the spot and fix it while i wait. Another repairer I once used had it for 2 weeks, the quick turnaround with Pool Robotics was just awesome.

Mike and Doug were both very pleasant to deal with. Communication was good - whether through email or over the phone. Problems with our Zodiac pool cleaner were fixed up and sorted out professionally, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. I hope that our robot now lasts another few years... but if we need to have any work carried out on it in future then these guys will be the first I will call.
