This company is beyond disgusting their no words to explain how bad thay are thay came out to give me the change over shower head it’s faulty and will not come back to change it

I have made several appointments with the workers that call me more than 5 times a day, I even made an appointment with someone that knocked on my door.. 4 weeks of making appointments to have no one show up at the arranged time or date.. if the workers aren’t going to do their job please stop harassing me with phone calls.
