Wow, super easy. That literally took under 10 mins to sign up and finish it. Can you send the refund as quick!! Seriously though, that was really easy. Also, its reassuring that you do the ID check. Great service - recommended.

Firstly, as a returning client it took then 2 days for them to activate my account. Once activated I could not complete my return myself. So a person on their end had to. Its now been over 14 days since my returns been lodged. I called them to ask if all is good, to be told. Its now up to me to follow up on why its taking so long. So I asked why do we pay u guys to look after our tax, if 1. We do it all ourselves and 2. There is no client follow ups.

Got a quote for my tax return which I thought was awesome, Once I had signed everything etc I get $1,000 less than originally quoted. When I questioned someone in the office about it the simple reply I got was everything looks right with no other explanations or answer to my questions. I have screenshots to prove
