Furniture Bazaar Midland

After looking from store to store, we found the perfect bed for our teenager at Furniture Bazaar in Midland. Geoff was very helpful and patient despite all my questions. The bed was easy to assemble and looks great. We loved the bed so much that a week later we went back for the tallboy and bedside table. Geoff was happy to see me again and remembered me by name. Great customer service and lovely furniture to boot.

Awesome experience with them Midland Team. Very helpful over the phone and when I went to pay in store, they had everything ready for me when I arrived. Organised pick up for a suitable time over the phone with no problems at all. Great customer service.

The worst customer service both times my self and wife came in . . The first time they did not even attend to us so be brought stools on line . the second time we tryed to buy a lounge . He had none in stock but would sell the one off the floor that was well used at full pice. So we will go to an other store buy it on line .

Bought a chair online on thursday was told delivery will be on Monday. No delivery on Monday rang them and apprently they did not receive the payment yet I have all the emails that say payment was approved. Finally received a call back saying they "found" the payment and that the chair will be delivered on Wednesday. Save yourself the effort don't buy at furniture bazaar Midland.

Recently I bought a bed from Furniture Bazaar in Midland and I have no regrets! The Convent Fabric Bed has a great storage space underneath, the fabric is great quality and over all it is just fantastic! We even bought a second one for the spare room! Can't go past their pricing either, so worth the money! will definitely be back for more
