Hadn't been since pre-covid and should have read the reviews here about the change of ownership before returning... Lures used to serve some of the best battered snapper around, now it is very average indeed. Second star was for the chips, which are still pretty good, but I won't be going out of my way to return
The staff are always welcoming, polite and the service is excellent. I am always greeted with a smile and the fish & chips are cooked to perfection.

Not normally one to complain or review but received my order and Chips were missing. Rang store, tried about 20 times, no answer. Ended up driving to store, explained my chips were missing from the order, store said sorry nothing we can do. We're talking about $3 chips which I've paid for and haven't received. You have to be joking, how is that good customer service? Have purchased from this store numerous times but after this, won't be going there again. Obviously have changed hands and now very poor service. Rest of dinner was very average at best!
