WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!nVerry disappointed in the North Ipswich shop. I had my 16 year old Mazda 6 checked over in October (160 000 km on the clock). I asked them to tell me if it was worth sinking money into car or should I just buy a brand new car? I dropped it off at 1030 ish. I Received a phone call at midday. Saying it would be over $1500 to replace and fix steering arms.. they would need to order parts . Hesitated as it sounded a little over the top. I said to fix it. On returning to the shop at 1445 the parts were still not delivered. I rung my Mechanic and he said to ask them to take it off the hoist as it was well over priced. The parts come in while I was on the phone to my mechanic...so I was stuck with the bill. 45 min later I was driving out of the driveway with. 4 hours labour charged at $100 per hour. My mechanic charges $60 an hour. On questioning the bill the manager subtracted $50 off the invoice. My Mazda has now major engine problems. ( Hence I asked several times if it was worth sinking money into the car) I feel I have been taken advantage of and I'm very disappointed in this shop. I will never return and my family and friends will be with drawing their business from this service centre... Very disgruntled customer! CAR OWNERS BEWARE!

Bought tyres from here. They gave me a great price and I was very happy with the service. Took a while to get tyres and wheel alignment done, but the staff were friendly and in the end I was able to drive away a happy customer.
