Failed to book the service over the phone and on the day finally fit it in after admitting their fault. Did not conduct the service as per the service book. When prompted to do so came up with reasons why they couldn’t. Extremely unprofessional and I’m questioning if they completed the service correctly.
Very efficient. Got some good advice on what to do next with up coming problems with my car. Quoted me on further repairs and what's the best way moving forward. Thankful for the honesty
